I’m sorry about the ring Jon’. You’re not alone though – I’ve also lost jewelries given to me by my Mom. Believe it or not, over the years I’ve lost a necklace, a pair of earrings and a bracelet. Kompleto! What makes it worse is that they’re not fancy jewelries, so it’s like I’ve thrown thousands of money. And my Mom doesn’t give me jewelries anymore because of my “katangadalan”. Haayy. I always ask myself when will I ever learn. hehe

i lost my gold star ring the day i was hired in smart. i only found it again – buried under my disaster area of a cabinet – 10 months later when my contract ended.

Your post reminded me of my katangahan way back in our college days joni… hehehe… I bought a bracelet from of the mini stores at the courtyard.. it was actually a P35 accessory…and during that time, i was wearing my gold bracelet.. i dunno how many karats yon basta gold sya..hehehe.. i kept my gold bracelet inside my bag or my pocket (actually d na ko kadumdum) and then forgot all about it.. tanga no? as in! hahaha.. tanga ang bracelet! LOL mama was so devastated..she was the one who gave it to me… if prenda daw mga 8k pa toh.. sayang… ginbaylo ko lng ang P35 sa P8k worth na bracelet… tsk tsk tsk..

You remind me of my older brother, heh. He has a silver ring, too, that his gf gave him (during their first year together, I think, and they’re now on year 4 or 5 ^_^), and he never fails to freak out every time he misplaces it. He did a lot of that when he was here to visit, hahaha.

But aw, sorry to hear that you’ve really lost it. Especially after having it for so long! :/ Are you thinking of getting a new ring to “replace” (but not really because that one had sentimental value and all) it?
