Joni! try mo yung twist board. :) I've been using that and it seems effective kasi nagkaroon na ko uli ng waist haha. dati muka na kong coke in can. and lumiliit na din yung tummy ko (naks). mga 30 minutes a day ako nag-gaganun (oo, desidido akong pumayat! lol)
